4. Inactivation of an Account

After 12 months of inactivity (no deposits, withdrawals, or games), the Company may charge a $5 monthly account maintenance fee. 5 EUR/GBP/USD or the player's currency minimum. The Company will email the Player's saved email after 12 months of inactivity. If a Player doesn't login 30 days after receiving an email, $5 will be deducted from his/her balance until the next login date. If the balance is less than $5, the total is subtracted.

6. Transfers

7. Account Withdrawals

  • Account trading is unlawful.

12. Termination by US

We'll pay you the "Inactive Account" balance after 30 months, per Maltese law. If you're missing, Malta Gaming Authority will get your money. Possible withdrawal. We may charge 5% of your UK Player Account's balance as an administrative fee after it's dormant ("Administration Fee") $1 to $400. We'll deduct the Administration Fee per month if your account is dormant for a year. Before your inactive account incurs Administration Fees, you'll receive an email.

Inactive accounts require written (or attempted) notice. We'll return Your Account balance if it's terminated for reasons other than collision, cheating, fraud, or criminal behavior. Unclaimed money goes to the gambling authority.

13. Website Alternations

14. It Failure
